Tulley the Foolish
Tulley is a strange icon of Dopaline History, having gained an entire holiday based around his tale of mischief called Jester's Calling.
Tulley was a mischievous Dopaline, in his childhood he'd amuse his fellow townsfolk with innocent pranks and gags by hiding their spoons, dressing their livestock in their very own clothes and the odd barrel of Valesli eggs above the door frame. As he grew however this turned into more malicious trickery with stealing possessions or food or conning the youth of the town out of their Gibits by selling them items he claimed were "magical".
They forced him to wear chains, chains littered with little golden jingle-bells which rung out loud and clear whenever he dare moved, these prevented him from his shifty acts due to how easily he could be heard if he dared steal and make him noticeably one to avoid.
These wicked acts of his caused the local law to get on his case, the sudden findings of his face on a wanted poster didn't stop him however it only made his ego encourage him to do more whilst still staying free from their grasp. It took an entire week for his capture to cease his malicious ways, on the eighth day he was ratted out by a poor family he had recently tricked and the look on his face once he was caught is said to be one of priceless shock, but the officers didn't lock him up or execute him.
